AAC Evaluations
A comprehensive evaluation to assess communication needs and identify the most appropriate AAC system for individuals who cannot rely on verbal speech alone. Our evaluations include feature matching, device trials, and a formal recommendation — plus support through the full acquisition process via insurance, grant funding, or private purchase.
Caregiver Education & Coaching
Parents, caregivers, and communication partners are a person's most important allies. We offer personalized coaching and education to build AAC knowledge, communication partner skills, and implementation confidence at home — empowering families to advocate effectively and show up as strong, informed partners in every interaction.
Independent Educational Evaluations (IEE)
When a family disagrees with a school district's evaluation, they have the right to request an Independent Educational Evaluation. We provide objective, thorough speech/language and AAC assessments conducted independently of the school district, giving families the information they need to advocate effectively for their child.
School Contracting
We partner with public and private schools to provide flexible, retainer-based AAC implementation support, assistive technology and AAC evaluations, and comprehensive literacy consulting — tailored to your team's needs and schedule. Our wraparound approach includes staff coaching, professional development, and parent engagement events, ensuring that families are informed, equipped, and engaged as true partners in their child's progress.
AAC Implementation Support

ISS / Adult Day Habilitation Center Contracting
We partner with individualized skills and support centers (formerly known as adult day habilitation centers) to bring expert AAC and communication support directly to your staff and the adults you serve. Flexible contracting options are available to meet your program's unique needs and budget.
